My expertise is on quickly understanding the value both companies can recognize through the relationship and aligning resources, people and processes to achieve that success. By streamlining the operational aspects and minimizing the impact of conflicts inherently present in business relationships, I can more quickly achieve positive revenue based outcomes. My experience began managing key OEM relationships at a small startup in Silicon Valley. I moved on to successful alliance leadership with large companies generating multi-million dollar returns for the partnerships. At the opposite end of the spectrum, I have been responsible for identifying desired startup companies and creating new technology and business level alliances.
